Job Title : SAP Program or Delivery Manager

Job Type : Full-time

Location : Wroclaw, Warsaw and Krakow, Poland

The role :

Building trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients, helps the client to identify / define needs and manages client / business expectations

Develop business continuity plans and conduct business performance reviews across operational metrics with internal stakeholders to solve problems and provide actionable insights

Ensuring that the system issues are in accordance with the agreed SLAs stated in the contract

Delivering project / program KPIs such as Cost, Quality, Business Impact, CSAT impact

Manage project / program risks, create risk mitigation plans and setup governance to keep projects on track

Driving Pre-sales, RFP / RFI / proposal building, client presentations, customer workshops

Work with other leaders / peers across all demographics to achieve common goals

Leading S / HANA programmes

Resource Management : ability to attract talent, create a solid team, ensure proper utilization, demand fulfillment, handle resources issues & concern, identify training needs, groom resources to build winning team

Building teams across multiple areas of SAP including SAP – Basis and Infra, Supply chain, Finance, Technical ABAP

Building roadmaps for transformations for your customers,

Organizing assessments, due diligences, transformation workshops

Establishing business case for the transformation initiatives

Establishing methods, cooperation models, new ways of working ( Agile)

Driving engagement directly with the business on the customer side

Realizing business blueprints, Proof of Concepts, transformation plans, change management and learning plans

Delivering minimum viable products, templates, complete products and pilots

Getting buy-ins and acceptance from the business on your delivered products

Defining rollout strategies and partnering your customers with a rapid deployment approach

Driving change in your programs by rapidly moving towards flexible, modular architectures and DevOps

Building strategic relationship with partners and product organizations like SAP, Microsoft etc. in delivering joint synergy and value to your customers

Skills :

Experience in working with location business managers as well as in-depth knowledge of business processes, roadmap definitions, fit-gap analysis and change management.

Must have experience S HANA project EE experience.

Natural talent in the art of people management including team building and driving grounds-up innovation.

Experience in the area of proposal management, pre-sales and driving a sales pitch.

Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills combined with the talent to quickly grasp new tasks.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

PMP or comparable certification.
