your tasks
contacting customers (by phone and email) to solicit paymentsmanaging customer accounts, including updating data and handling transfersmonitoring and processing payments, including managing overpayments and refundsidentifying and resolving payment issues, escalating as necessarycreate accounts receivable reports and forecastssupport in process improvement and compliance projects (SOX)what we expect
fluenty in English and Italian or French (min.
