Job descriptioncontacting customers (by phone and email) to solicit payments managing customer accounts, including updating data and handling transfers monitoring and processing payments, including managing overpayments and refunds identifying and resolving payment issues, escalating as necessary create accounts receivable reports and forecasts support in process improvement and compliance projects (SOX) fluenty in English and Italian or French (min. C1) university degree (preferred : finance, accounting, business) min. 1 year of experience in debt collection / B2B customer service or in a high-volume environment knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and system SAP ability to analyze financial data and manage credit risk strong organizational, analytical and communication skills experience working in a shared services environment will be an added advantage
