Description Overview

Joinigo as National Head of Key Account Managers – OTC & Pharma and be part of a growing organization dedicated to improving lives through high‑quality, affordable self‑care products trusted by consumers worldwide.

This is a unique opportunity to lead our Key Account Management strategy across Pharma channels and OTC categories. You will manage relationships with major national chains and pharmacy networks, ensuring strong execution of promotional plans and achievement of ambitious sales and GTN targets. In this role, you will inspire and develop a team of Key Account Managers, drive Perrigo brands’ visibility, and secure long‑term partnerships through effective negotiations and strategic planning.

Scope of the Role

  • Unique opportunity to join growing organization;
  • Opportunity to deal and manage Pharma channels and customers;
  • Responsibility for delivering sales targets and GTN management;
  • Leading, motivating, developing a team of Key Account Managers;

Experience Required

  • Experience and knowledge of OTC categories and Pharma channel – mandatory
  • Proven success in Key Account Management
  • Experience in leading contracts and annual negotiations
  • Advanced analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
  • University degree
  • Fluent in Polish and English
