Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Capital Management Team, you’ll help develop and maintain the core system responsible for real-time capital allocation and trading execution. This system has a direct impact on daily profitability, and your work will contribute to its performance, resilience, and long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and expand the Capital Management System with new features.
- Develop algorithms to optimize asset allocation across exchanges.
- Maintain API integrations with external exchanges and internal systems.
- Ensure efficient operation and optimization of backend databases.
- Implement automated testing and improve deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical issues.
- Contribute to architectural decisions that ensure system uptime and scalability.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in backend development and IT projects.Proven track record of building and maintaining complex backend systems (deep tech products, backend systems with deep business logic, algorithms, financial applications, etc.).Strong technical understanding of programming languages, especially Python; Rust is a plus.Experience with backend products involving algorithms, deep business logic, or financial systems.Excellent problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of cause-and-effect logic.High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.Experience working with hedge funds, fintechs, or crypto / blockchain organizations is a plus.Familiarity with algorithms, financial engineering, results in Math, Physics, Informatics, Chemistry, or Economics Olympiads are a plus.Key Soft Skills
