What You Can Expect

This role supports in the design and execution of the pricing strategy to achieve key margin accretion objectives across Zimmer Biomet in EMEA. This role engages with relevant internal Commercial & Marketing business leaders, finance & analytics team across EMEA to execute price setting, price getting and price netting processes for our most relevant brands.

How You'll Create Impact

1) Assist Cluster Pricing Managers in all Price Setting, Getting and Netting Initiatives

a. Price Setting :

• Responsible for understanding company products and their added value, knowing competitor pricing and market expectations to determine the ideal target price for products
• Develop a guidance process and communication plan for price setting education
