Financial Analyst

Job description

What you will do :

Designing and developing reporting solutions for key business stakeholders;
Developing interactive dashboards using Google Data Studio;
Managing an existing portfolio of dashboards with updates and changes;
Writing and maintenance of Big Data queries;
Supporting internal and external reporting processes;
Performing analysis of financial data, business factors influence, effectiveness of processes and root-cause analysis;
Performing ad hoc data analyses;
Collecting relevant data from specific sources and cross referencing data.

What we are looking for :

At least 2 years of professional experience with data analytics;

Excellent SQL knowledge, ability to extract and manipulate data from relational databases - familiarity with Google BigQuery will be a plus;

Strong data visualisations skills - experience with visualisation tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau) will be a plus;

Working knowledge of office applications especially Google Sheets / Excel;

Ability to focus on what’s important, synthesise complex information simply, and extract the most important insights

Strong analytical skills;

Very good communication skills;

Personality : self-reliant, proactive, hands-on mentality, team player, multi-tasking, able to work with deadlines under pressure;

Fluent in English & Polish.

Nice to have :

Working experience in Controlling & Reporting, or similar area (finance);

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area;

Prior exposure or familiarity with scripts (e.g. Python, JavaScript) as a plus;

Experience in the international environment;

Adtech knowledge will be a plus;

Professional level knowledge of accounting practices;

working knowledge of ERP systems;
