Opis stanowiska

podany przez pracodawcę : Twój zakres obowiązków :

planowanie i kształtowanie strategii sprzedaży na rynkach zagranicznych oraz budowanie struktur sprzedażowych
inicjowanie nowych kontaktów handlowych oraz dbanie o dobre relacje na każdym poziomie
realizacja planów sprzedaży w kooperacji z Działem Handlowym, Działem Logistyki, Działem Produkcji
przygotowywanie i negocjowanie umów handlowych oraz warunków sprzedażowych z klientami
prowadzenie kompleksowych szkoleń, prezentacji oraz bieżącego doradztwa dla partnerów biznesowych
regularny monitoring rynku, pozyskiwanie informacji o potencjalnych klientach
poszukiwanie niestandardowych rozwiązań w zakresie rozwoju działań eksportowych
udział w targach międzynarodowych i dbanie o promocję marki Dr Green
przygotowywanie raportów oraz analiz na potrzeby Zarządu Spółki

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi :

Wymagania :

wykształcenie wyższe

min. 2 letnie doświadczenie w sprzedaży : branża rolnicza (nasiona, nawozy, chemia, maszyny)

komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego lub rosyjskiego lub hiszpańskiego

otwartość i łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów w środowisku międzynarodowym

zaangażowanie i determinacja w działaniu oraz zorientowanie na wyniki i priorytety

umiejętność zarządzania kapitałem ludzkim : budowanie struktur terenowych, motywowanie, rozwój, coaching oraz szkolenia dla partnerów biznesowych

bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej i samodzielność w realizacji zadań

bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office (w szczególności Excel),

prawo jazdy kat. "B"

gotowość do pracy stacjonarnej w Chrzanowie (główna siedziba Spółki)

gotowość do wyjazdów służbowych na podległym terenie
