As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their bookings, inquiries, and issues, all while communicating in Swedish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and other services via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish.
- Provide detailed information about bookings, payment options, and cancellation policies.
- Assist customers with modifying or canceling their reservations as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on promotions, system updates, and travel trends to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements
