Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, accommodations, and travel plans via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide customers with clear information regarding reservation details, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers in making new bookings, modifying existing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Effectively manage customer complaints or concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on the latest services, promotions, and policies related to Booking.com to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
