Purpose

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician who will join our team in IDEMIA Warsaw Support & Service Centre, Kobyłka, Poland.

The Maintenance Technician plans, designs and implements maintenance programs to optimize the availability and productivity of production site facilities and equipment.

Key Missions

As a part of our Maintenance Team , you will :

• Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive production performance,
• Support continuous improvement through root cause elimination, completing complex repairs effectively and efficiently and machine modification, provide proactive approach to problem elimination and documentation,
• Work with the Production Management to co-ordinate the daily activity of the Bureau Maintenance and Machines Operators Teams to ensure that all production aims and objectives are clearly cascaded and met,
• Liaise with the Bureau Production to ensure machine downtime is kept to a minimum, PPM schedules are in operation and maintained, and Asset Care (TPM) routines are completed to plan,
• Liaise with Bureau Production to ensure, PPM schedules are planned and achievable, and planning is regularly reviewed in order to maximise PPM routines,
• Liaise with the Quality Team to resolve Customer Complaints and Non-Conformances, and maintain Workbench documentation,
• Ensure that minimum stock levels of spare parts and consumables are maintained and reviewed,
• Actively contribute to Bureau Production and its Business performance and highlight any “Opportunities for Improvement” and participate in project teams as and when required.
