We’ve launched our first Shared Services Center in Poland, which will support 30,000 couriers worldwide. To bring this large-scale project to life, we’re looking for new team members to join our Global Courier Operations Team . In this role, you’ll focus on responding to courier inquiries and solving their issues within the German market.

What will your responsibilities include?

• Handling courier inquiries in the HR area via the ticketing system and performing daily operational tasks related to the courier lifecycle
• Performing administrative duties such as absence management, employee data maintenance, and more
• Daily work with tools like Salesforce, Shiftplanning, and others
• Following procedures and reporting any errors or inconsistencies
• Providing support and advice to couriers regarding HR processes, sharing insights with your supervisor, and actively seeking ways to improve processes
