Scope of duties :
- Develop and maintain profitable strategic relationships with Flint Group TM&C customer base in EMEA region
- Deliver budgeted growth, retention and profitability targets
- Execute strategic plans at targeted accounts and manage their future needs and expectations
- Focus on long term plan to 2028
- Accountable for delivering value proposition and sales growth to all EMEA accounts
- Define targeted account sites required to deliver sustainable growth
- Lead and close top level negotiations with selected accounts across all EMEA countries
- Define and monitor customer development KPI’s to assess effectiveness of activities against defined goals / targets / budgets
- Proactively identify all risks and report to senior management for further discussions
- Maintain all CRM content for the EMEA region
- Provide monthly report summary for TM&C to the Commercial Director EMEA
