Technical Account Manager (Microsegmentation) - Remote

Overview

Join Guardicore (now Akamai Enterprise Security Group). With our cutting-edge technology, we're changing the way organizations manage their cloud and Data Centers’ security. We're looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to work with our strategic customers in EMEA. The TAM is an expert who is familiar with the customer’s Data Center and specific deployment and can be instrumental in value extraction from the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Being the main focal point for all Guardicore related issues from the customer perspective.
  • Assisting with deployments, expansions, transitions, etc. of the Guardicore platform.
  • Providing best practice guidance by recommending policies and features to configure and use.
  • Aggregating support issues and coordinating with Guardicore’s technical teams and the customer.
  • Raising product-related issues that should be reviewed by Guardicore’s Product team.

What you will need

  • Have proven experience of B2B SaaS customer success or technical account management.
  • Have deep hands-on experience with advanced Linux administration.
  • Have experience with automation with Chef / Puppet / Salt / Ansible / etc.
  • Have thorough understanding of network and security protocols and troubleshooting on network devices and OSs.
  • Have an understanding of managing, monitoring and troubleshooting complex distributed applications.
  • Be familiar with VMware networking and vSphere.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); any additional language is an advantage.
  • Work mode
