B2B Support Specialist - Polish Language (Advertising Services)
Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to support businesses in growing their online presence? We are looking for motivated and tech-savvy Polish-speaking individuals to join a project supporting one of the world’s most prominent social media platforms. You will be providing high-quality assistance to advertisers and agencies across the Polish market, helping them succeed with their online campaigns.
Your Role — As a member of the Advertisers Support team , you will assist small and medium-sized businesses using advertising tools on social media platforms. You will respond to support requests from advertisers and marketing agencies and help them solve issues related to ad placements, billing, features, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities

- You will handle customer support through chat, email, and outbound calls in both Polish and English.
- You will assist with troubleshooting, bug reporting, and platform navigation.
- You will offer guidance on campaign optimization and self-service ad tools.
- You will convert written support requests into outbound calls when needed to ensure timely resolution.
- You will identify common trends and provide feedback to improve the advertiser experience.
- You will work with various tools and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working conditions
You will work 40 hours per week on rotational shifts. Working hours are scheduled between 06 : 00 and 24 : 00 from Monday to Sunday. You are entitled to 22 vacation days per year, plus applicable compensation days for working on Portuguese public holidays. Your workplace is based in Lisbon with easy access to metro, bus, and train stations.
Requirements
Fluency in Polish (C2 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher).Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.Familiarity with online advertising platforms or digital marketing is a plus.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.Ready to help businesses grow in the digital world?
