BMS Commissioning Engineer – High End Residential

Are you an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer and bored of the usual commercial / industrial environments? If so, Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a very established and reputable Home Automation / Smart Home integrator working within the super‑prime, high‑end residential markets. They are currently recruiting for a BMS Commissioning Engineer.

The Role :

Working throughout the Belgravia, Mayfair and Surrey areas, the position will be to commission Building Management Systems (BMS) in high‑end residential premises. Working with systems such as Trend, Tridium and KNX. The role will be diverse and more training can be provided. Experience of Trend and Tridium BMS Systems is required along with strong communication protocol experience with KNX. Ability to write software would be an advantage. Complete panel modifications.

Requirements :

• Professional BMS Engineer
• Experienced BMS Engineer
• Strong experience with Trend / Tridium BMS Systems
• Excellent experience with communication protocols such as : KNX, Modbus
• Ability to write / amend software
• Strong experience and knowledge around HVAC Systems
