Job description

Job title : Product Robustness Engineer

Tasks :

Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) of new products
Facilitate DFMEA meetings
Collaborate with all departments involved in the development of a new product (Product, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering)
Ensure the quality of all DFMEA activities is high and the method is applied correctly.

Must Skills :

Interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Analytical skills to analyze technical data, identify trends, and define priorities for design improvements.

Self‐motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines in the context of competing priorities and projects.

Effective presentation skills

Fluent English

Must Background / Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering).

5+ years of experience in a technical role (Quality, Engineering).

Competences in the design of mechanical or electronic components.

Practical knowledge of FMEA tools and methods.
