We're seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Champion Observability – Design end-to-end monitoring, alerting, and dashboards with Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Prometheus to detect, diagnose, and prevent performance issues under real-world load.
• Lead Incident Response – Triage production incidents, perform deep root-cause analysis, and implement preventative fixes and post-mortems.
• Design for Resilience – Build high-availability and disaster-recovery architectures across regions, regularly testing failover scenarios.
• Architect & Operate Azure Infrastructure – Plan, deploy, and maintain scalable compute, storage, and networking resources that keep our production workloads running smoothly.
• Own Infrastructure-as-Code – Create repeatable, auditable environments with Terraform (HCL) and champion Git-based workflows for every change.
• Run Container Platforms – Administer AKS / Docker clusters and optimise the full lifecycle of containerised applications.
• Optimise Cost & Capacity – Analyse usage patterns, right-size resources, and drive continuous cloud-cost efficiency.
• Maintain CI / CD Pipelines – Collaborate with DevOps teams to deliver reliable, low-friction releases through well-governed pipelines.
• Embed Security & Governance – Enforce Azure security baselines, compliance standards, and best practices across all environments.

We are a team of 75 people working from Stockholm, Malmö, Amsterdam, Philadelphia, and remotely. Please note that we do not offer any relocation package, nor will we recruit outside the EU for this position. This role will be based in Kraków with a hybrid remote setup.
