Proficiency in full-stack development (e.g. JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Python, RoR or Node.js) and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP). Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and A / B testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Amplitude, Segment, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics). Familiarity with growth frameworks (e.g. Pirate Metrics, viral loops). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience leveraging AI tools to enhance software development processes, including code generation, debugging, and productivity optimization. Candidates should demonstrate fluency in integrating AI-driven solutions into their workflows and a willingness to stay current with emerging AI technologies Familiarity with AI or LLM tools. Experience with growth at a startup or scaling product. Knowledge of SEO, CRM tools (Braze, HubSpot), or marketing automation. Obsession with metrics (LTV, CAC, retention) and rapid iteration. Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action. Entrepreneurial : Independent, resourceful, and proactive in seeking growth opportunities. Experimental : Willing to test hypotheses and iterate on strategies based on real-world feedback. Data-Driven : Focused on analyzing data to inform decisions and measure success.
