About the role

The RTR Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Regional RTR Lead by ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial reporting processes. Acting as a tactical business partner to the RTR organisation, this role involves executing financial close activities, managing reconciliations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving process improvements.

Your responsibilities

• Sign off on responsibility matrix and validate approvals.
• Input and approve lease information in Lease Accelerator (LA).
• Review and approve journal entries and validate lease-related data.
• Load FX rates and validate exception calculations.
• Review financial reports and approve recurring recharges.
• Define and implement intercompany reconciliation policies.
• Prepare and submit fixed asset (FA) requests.
• Review, approve, and adjust financial statements and statutory balances.
• Apply True-ups and Local GAAP adjustments.
• Perform sub-consolidation adjustments and gather input data for reports.
• Coordinate tax reporting, monitor changes in tax laws, and resolve queries.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
• Leverage automation tools for streamlined financial reporting.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Communicate key financial insights and risk mitigation strategies
• Preparation or support of more complex balance sheet reconciliations, review of GFS prepared reconciliations, providing supporting documentation
• Collaboration with internal and external auditors
• JE preparation and approval (up to certain threshold)
