Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver regional L&D programs : Oversee the design, development, and delivery of regional L&D programs that align with GREF’s strategic objectives and enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Needs assessment and program evaluation : Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess L&D needs, identify knowledge gaps, and establish learning objectives to ensure program effectiveness. Monitor and evaluate the impact of L&D initiatives through regular measurement and assessment to drive continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder collaboration and relationship management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless coordination and execution of L&D initiatives. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Innovative learning solutions : Utilize innovative methodologies and technologies to deliver engaging and interactive training programs, including e-learning, virtual classrooms, and blended learning solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in L&D to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the organization.
• Project management : Demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure timely delivery of learning programs within budget and resource constraints.
• Culture of learning and development : Foster a culture that values learning and development, supporting employees' career growth and professional development. Create opportunities for continuous learning and self-development.
