Requirements :
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Spanish (C1 / C2), English C1
- 2 years of experience in working with clients (in AR or another F&A domain)
- Good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Highly developed, self-organization
Responsibilities :
Telephone contact in Spanish (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients)Perform cash collection activities – chasing customers, managing open itemsSupporting AR team with payment methods maintainingPreparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reportsOngoing e-mail communication in Spanish and EnglishCollaborating with other teams and internal customersWe offer to the candidates :
