This role focuses on coordinating meetings, tracking performance metrics, managing data collection processes, and ensuring seamless execution of reporting requirements. Working closely with the Performance and Compliance Specialist, the Analyst ensures all administrative, coordination, and data management activities run smoothly.Responsibilities :Performance & Compliance Processes & ReportingTrack and document transaction completion rates against deadlinesSupport Performance & Compliance Specialist in data collection, tracking, documentation updates and reports preparationMaintain Client-prescribed report formats ensuring accuracy and completeness through quality control processesSupport compilation of statistics across regions, gathering data from multiple sources and ensuring consistencyReporting and AdministrationGlobal Monthly Work in Progress (WIP) Report - coordination of monthly statuses` updates by TM and PDS teamsCollecting monthly statuses for each active transaction from the brokers in EMEA– reaching out to broker every month to get the status of each active projectSubmitting Pega abstraction cases each completed project.
