Supply Chain Assistant

Job Purpose and Overview

As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will work within the Supply and Customer Service team and you will be supporting Logistics Manager with responsibilities in critical areas supporting logistics and transportation operations of our company. This role is based out in our location in Duchnice near Warsaw. We are looking for potential to grow within our organization.

The Supply Chain Assistant role can be summarized as follows :

• Coordinating domestic and international transport orders
• Handling and resolving transport and warehouse claims
• Settling costs for both internal and external transport services
• Posting and verifying transport-related invoices
• Preparing regular logistics reports and performance summaries
• Reconciling inventory levels between company and external warehouses
• Managing pallet balance settlements with suppliers
