Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
- Support in carve-out and carve-in projects in the area of HR IT
- Collaboration in Mergers & Acquisitions projects, especially in IT-relevant topics
- Creation, management and follow-up of TSAs (Transition Service Agreements) and GSAs
- Taking on tasks in the Project Management Office (PMO) - focus on operational implementation, not project management
- Close collaboration with service owners, especially in day-to-day operations
- Ensuring compliance with project schedules, milestones and deliverables
- Coordination of IT and HR departments, including communication with specialist departments and external partners
- Moderation of coordination, meetings and workshops to synchronise workflows
- Supporting the documentation and tracking of project-related activities
- Working in a technical system landscape with Workday, ServiceNow, identity solutions and AWS
- Interface management between HR IT, infrastructure, security and other stakeholders
- Operational support for the integration and migration of HR IT systems
- Working in a German and English-speaking environment with an international focus
Requirements
Experience in a PMO environment, ideally in IT-related M&A, carve-in / carve-out projectsUnderstanding of Transition Service Agreements (TSA) and Global Service Agreements (GSA)Knowledge of HR IT systems, in particular WorkdayExperience in dealing with ServiceNow and Identity & Access Management solutionsBasic technical understanding of AWS-based IT solutionsAbility to coordinate multiple internal departments and external partnersExperience in working with service owners, especially in an operational contextVery good organisational skills and structured working styleExperience in moderating meetings & workshops and in stakeholder managementKnowledge of project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel (incl. Power Query / Power Pivot)Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex IT and process landscapesHands-on mentality, high level of personal responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
