Role & Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain core IT systems including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, NinjaOne, Atlassian, Intune, and other business-critical applications
- Administer access controls, onboarding / offboarding workflows, and identity governance across all platforms
- Monitor system performance with CISO to uphold ISO 27001 and SOC 2 controls
- Support system integrations, automation, and technology improvements to enhance efficiency
- Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem (VMs, AVD, Virtual Networks, etc)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server roles and services (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services)
- Troubleshoot email authentication and delivery issues
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and related communication platforms
Security & Compliance
Configure and maintain access controls across SaaS applicationsMonitor security alerts and respond to incidents using established escalation proceduresConduct regular access control reviews and maintain accurate access control matricesSupport internal and external compliance auditsTechnical Support & Operations

Technical Skills
3+ years of experience in system administration, preferably in a business with global operationsExpert knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc) , Entra ID, and Microsoft IntuneStrong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principlesExperience with PowerShell scripting and automationProficiency in managing SaaS applications (Atlassian, NinjaOne, password managers, etc.)Experience with ITSM systems and ITIL principlesProfessional Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent documentation practicesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesProactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issuesPreferred Qualifications
