,[Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, conferences, and industry events, while continuously exploring and implementing creative strategies to attract top talent., Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (developers, DevOps, QA, Data, Product, etc.), from intake meetings and job posting to offer negotiation and handover., Writing and publishing compelling and targeted job advertisements., Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and creating talent pipelines for future openings., Collaborating with Hiring Managers, HR, Sales, and Legal teams., Continuously developing your skills by attending relevant trainings, webinars, and industry events., Providing back-office support and cooperating with our Office Manager.] Requirements : LinkedIn, ATS, Canva, Branding, ChatGPT Tools : Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
