We’re looking for someone who :

  • Has  at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment .
  • Possesses a strong  understanding of the IT market , keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and recruitment tools.
  • Is confident with  Direct Search  - LinkedIn holds no secrets for you!
  • Is proactive and self-reliant - can take ownership of tasks, drive their own work, and quickly find the best specialists on the market.
  • Has  experience working with ATS tools  (e.g., Traffit or similar) and knows how to keep everything organized.
  • Feels comfortable using modern tools like Canva to create engaging content for employer branding, and ChatGPT to optimize daily work and enhance productivity.
  • Enjoys working in a team and is happy to share knowledge.
  • Shows creativity at work and is open to innovation.
  • Speaks Polish natively  and has excellent command of  English (C1 level or higher) .

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, conferences, and industry events, while continuously exploring and implementing creative strategies to attract top talent., Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (developers, DevOps, QA, Data, Product, etc.), from intake meetings and job posting to offer negotiation and handover., Writing and publishing compelling and targeted job advertisements., Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and creating talent pipelines for future openings., Collaborating with Hiring Managers, HR, Sales, and Legal teams., Continuously developing your skills by attending relevant trainings, webinars, and industry events., Providing back-office support and cooperating with our Office Manager.] Requirements : LinkedIn, ATS, Canva, Branding, ChatGPT Tools : Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
