Job descriptionProficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks Understanding of async programming and event-driven design Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets Solid experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL Familiarity with Git and version control workflows Experience writing unit tests with Mocha, Chai, or similar Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID, and authentication middleware Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and debugging Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Knowledge of microservices architecture Familiarity with CI pipelines, static analysis, and automated testing Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications Agile / Scrum development experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field 4+ years of backend development experience using Node.js Competitive salary up to $6,000 USD / month Start remotely, then transition to a hybrid setup in Warsaw Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Full benefits package Opportunity to work on impactful projects and innovative platforms Supportive, collaborative, and tech-driven work culture

The Role : Node.js Developer
We’re seeking a talented Node.js Developer to join our web development team. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend applications and APIs, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and security
- Integrate with front-end components and third-party APIs
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions
- Debug and resolve production issues
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
