Who are we looking for?

We are searching for a sharp, communicative, and results-driven Node.js Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. If you have at least 3 years of commercial experience in backend development using Node.js (any framework), TypeScript, and AWS Lambda , and you can communicate your ideas clearly and confidently in English, we want to meet you!

What will you be doing?

Developing scalable backend applications using Node.js

Building and optimizing RESTful APIs

Creating innovative features like automated KYC, P2P transactions, and mobile payment integrations (e.g., BLIK)

Integrating with databases (SQL / NoSQL)

Designing system architecture and backend solutions

Troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems

Collaborating closely with frontend developers, mobile developers, and business analysts

What skills do you need?

Must-have :

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js (Express, NestJS, or Koa)
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)
• Familiarity with Git and version control best practices
• Ability to write unit and integration tests (Jest or similar)
• Understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles
• Fluent English (C1) – clear, confident communication is a must

Nice-to-have :

Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

Familiarity with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Interest in scalability and performance optimization
