About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Growth Manager to lead emagine's digital marketing strategy and execution. This strategic role focuses on optimizing the distribution and performance of content and campaigns across all channels. The ideal candidate will drive digital initiatives to position emagine as a trusted, high-value partner for both clients and consultants. This includes client acquisition through long sales cycles, ABM, and C-suite engagement, as well as consultant attraction via premium projects and community building.
Key Responsibilities :
- Brand positioning and market expansion.
- Client acquisition and strategic growth through ABM and lead nurturing.
- Recruitment marketing and consultant community engagement.
- Hands-on campaign execution : paid ads, multi-channel setup, funnel management, testing, and analytics.
- Marketing technology and performance analytics to drive measurable outcomes.
- Innovation and emerging technologies.
- Collaboration with internal content teams and external vendors, focusing on distribution and optimization.
Qualifications :
4+ years in B2B digital marketing (professional services, tech consulting, or SaaS).Experience in performance marketing, lead generation, ABM.Understanding of long sales cycles and C-suite engagement.Familiarity with AI tools, HubSpot, Google Analytics.Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.Required Skills :
