About the role

We are a remote team looking for a motivated mid‑level engineer eager to take their skills to the next level and contribute to transformative projects in our industry.

You will :

• Use PHP 8.3, Laravel 11, and PostgreSQL.
• Focus on building features with minimal meetings.
• Work flexible hours and influence the product without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Collaborate with experienced teammates and share knowledge.
• Continuously improve our codebase, reduce legacy code, add tests, and keep it up to date.
• Leverage an automated pipeline with PHPStan, PHPCS, unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests for deployments.
• Write clean, testable business logic using clear PHP classes, avoiding complex frameworks.
• Work within a modular monolith using facades, adapters, or events, applying DDD where appropriate.
