We are currently looking for a Global People Data Analytics Lead to join us in our HQ Hub based in Warsaw, reporting into the Head of Global Data Management & Analytics.
In this role you will drive development of people analytics capability and provide analytics support to our stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with our People & Culture community and engage directly with senior leadership across different functions. You'll also have the opportunity to build people data analysts’ team.
What you’ll do :
- Proactively drive people analytics projects for Group P&C and local leadership teams
- Develop and drive reporting and analytics service model.
- Utilize statistical and analytical tools to interpret HR data and generate actionable insights
- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations by simplifying complex data into engaging stories and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Provide guidance on the interpretation of HR data and insights to improve decision-making and employee experience
- Support the implementation and improvement of analytics tools, dashboards, reporting and analytics frameworks
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring continuous development and high performance
Key qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in data analytics and working with large datasets, preferably within HR.Business acumenKnowledge of People / HR specific KPIs, metrics, processes and industry practices.Have a proven track record of managing analytics initiatives in large organizationsStrong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g. Power BI).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing a team.Personal skills you excel :
