Responsibilities include :
Leading and developing a 4-person recruitment team.Independently managing recruitment processes for senior and architect-level positions in the automotive sector.Building sourcing strategies and fostering close cooperation with internal clients.Close collaboration with Business Unit Leaders and the COO.Participating in the design and optimization of recruitment processes.Cooperating with international clients, mainly from the German and US markets.Experience / Skill set required :
Minimum 6–7 years of recruitment experience, including in the automotive sector (engineering + software).Understanding of project-based environments.Strong knowledge of technical domains such as AUTOSAR, cybersecurity, and ADAS.Experience working with international markets – especially the German market.Leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on technical and subject-matter expertise.Independence, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Fluent English – a must.German – nice to have; Polish – optional.
