We are looking for a SAP Project Manager at Constantia Flexibles to lead SAP S / 4HANA rollouts across our production sites, focusing on Finance and Logistics. In this role, you will oversee complex project implementations, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and interdisciplinary SAP projects, focusing on full rollouts across all areas of a production company.
• Coordinate projects through all phases, from initial studies to implementation, using established methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Control internal and external project resources in a complex environment, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, IT management, and business units.
• Drive change management initiatives, supporting departments in defining requirements and preparing functional specifications.
• Provide regular project updates to the steering committee, including progress, budget, effort, risks, and milestone tracking.
