Position Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Test Automation Engineer with a strong focus on non-functional testing and performance engineering. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and execute robust test strategies for cloud-native microservices, driving efficiency and quality improvements for over 6,000 mobility engineers worldwide. Key Responsibilities :

• Test Strategy & Execution : Define test strategies and lead the execution of automated tests for cloud-native solutions, aiming to set new industry benchmarks for efficiency and quality.
• Performance & Load Testing : Design and execute performance and load testing strategies for microservices supporting cutting-edge autonomous driving applications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with developers, architects, and operations teams to align testing with performance requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Simulating High-Demand Use Cases : Develop sophisticated test plans, scripts, and tools to simulate heavy traffic, complex transactions, and high-demand scenarios.
• Performance Analysis : Analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven recommendations to improve system scalability and performance.
• Quality Reporting : Generate quality test results reports for completed test executions and offer insights to senior management on trends impacting quality and performance.
