about-project :

As an Automation Test Engineer, you'll be integral to ensuring the quality and reliability of our advanced Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) security software. You will contribute by designing, developing, and executing comprehensive testing frameworks and procedures, directly influencing the security posture of millions of users worldwide.

Tools & Environment

Atlassian suite : Jira, Confluence, BitBucket

CI / CD tools : Jenkins, Git

Tools such as Selenium, pytest, Process Explorer, Process Monitor, Wireshark, and other diagnostic utilities

We work in a hybrid mode - we offer up to 12 days of Home Office monthly, our office is situated in Cracow.

We offer work agreement.

Bonus :

We offer yearly bonus in the amount of up to 10%, performance dependent.

responsibilities :

Analyze business requirements and functional specifications.

Develop, establish, and maintain testing criteria and procedures.

Design and execute functional and exploratory tests based on requirements and collaborative inputs.

Conduct thorough regression testing.

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and frameworks using Python and pytest.

Collaborate closely with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs.

Analyze test results, report issues clearly, and track resolution progress.

Collaborate on designing and implementing non-functional testing (performance, scalability).

Advocate for quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.

requirements-expected :

Hands-on experience in software testing (minimum of 2 years).

Proficiency with Python, pytest, and REST APIs.

Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and automation.

Experience in functional testing automation and scripting.

Practical knowledge with at least one operating system : Windows, macOS, or Linux.

Basic TCP / IP networking knowledge for configuration and diagnostics.

Effective communication in English, suitable for an international team environment.
