Systems Analyst - Treasury / Financial Markets
We are looking for a Systems Analyst - Treasury and Financial Markets to work on a project with our partner. As a Systems Analyst, your duties will include :
- Solution Development & Support : Design, enhance, test, and maintain tools supporting sales and post-sales processes across front office, back office, and market risk domains.
- Process Integration : Support the implementation of banking sales processes involving financial market products.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with internal teams and external vendors, including IT units across the banking group.
- International Cooperation : Engage with global financial markets IT teams within the group.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements :
Experience : Minimum 5 years in system analysis, preferably within banking and financial markets.Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to propose effective solutions.Integration Expertise : Proven experience in system integration or architecture implementation projects in banking.System Knowledge : Proficiency in at least one of the following platforms : Murex, Calypso, Condor.Solution Design : Ability to design system solutions and create documentation using UML and BPMN.Modeling Tools : Experience with CASE tools such as Enterprise Architect or Camunda.Database Skills : Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).API & Integration Patterns : Familiarity with RestAPI, AsyncAPI, and system integration patterns.English and Polish Proficiency : Excellent command of English and Polish, both spoken and written.Soft Skills : Strong communication, independence, and ability to collaborate with business teams, testers, and developers.Initiative : Proactive approach to proposing solutions and driving improvements.Stakeholder Engagement : Ability to clearly present findings and work with diverse stakeholder groups including developers, business analysts, and operations teams.Education : University degree in a relevant field.Nice to have :
Data Migration Experience : Participation in data migration projects between banks.System Customization : Hands-on experience in customizing or developing Murex, Calypso, or Condor platforms.We offer :
