As an associate at Kearney, you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Key Responsibilities
Ensure the success of projects to complete tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.
Lead project workstreams and teams, working alongside the client to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions.
Assist the firm's business development through generating proposals.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.
Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.
