Role Summary

The European Finance Director is a senior leadership role, managing for the Client Property Operating expenses (POE) (Rent, rates, utilities etc) and non-POE costs otherwise known as IFM. This role will have direct responsibility for leading an EMEA finance team of up to 6 client facing FTE based in Poland and work closely with the central team where there will be a team of approximately 5 FTE based out of Gurugram.

They will also ensure the execution of accounting processes and programs designed to ensure the appropriate level of accuracy, tracking and control over the operating expenses and capital expenditures of the client account. They are also responsible for accounting compliance, and all JLL Corporate finance deliverables for the client account including budgeting, forecasting and monthly variance analysis.

This role will support the Account Director of the client to minimise risk and ensure compliance to the client contract. Maximising JLL revenue & PBCI for the group

Responsibilities

Strategic Direction & Management

• Develop a close working relationship with the other regional finance leads and ensure a “One JLL Client Approach”
• Provide clear direction and commercial & financial advice to the Account director of the client.
• Provide clear direction and strategic financial advice to the JLL Operational team.
• Liaise and support the group’s primary financial managers / units.
• Ensure the team is structured to maintain & exceed the client’s financial expectations.
• Develop and maintain all relevant policies and procedures with respect to all financial & support services associated with the Client.
• Implement all new processes and procedures as required by JLL finance.
