As the Aero Services Business Analyst – EMEA , you will be a key contributor to the Aerospace team, supporting the growth and profitability of our Chemical Management Services (CMS) and Chemical Packaging Services (CPS) segments. This role is focused on enabling data-driven decision-making, optimizing business processes, and driving strategic initiatives across the EMEA region. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure success.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze key data to support decision-making and build insightful reports.
- Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Compile monthly customer KPIs and manage internal operational dashboards.
- Conduct internal audits to assess CMS program performance and health.
- Review product pricing and margins, report discrepancies, and coordinate updates.
- Lead annual pricing reviews aligned with EMEA strategy.
- Support special data projects for the Aero Services platform.
- Manage project plans, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update procedures and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users to align business needs.
- Balance competing priorities and resources effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.Familiarity with statistical analysis and business process improvement.Presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.Financial acumen and a business-oriented mindset.Self-motivated and capable of working independently.Willingness to travel up to 15%.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
