The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Senior Business Analyst for Sales Incentive Planning process within the Integrated Business Operations function, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Coaching and assisting the regional Business managers with the creation of Sales Incentive Plans that drive the right selling behavior
• Ensuring full alignment with the Global SIP governance framework and the SIP calendar
• Planning, developing and implementing the Business Group / Division Sales Incentive Plans
• Constantly optimizing Sales Incentive Plans
• Providing operational support and issue resolution
