Leading or supporting R&D teams with cost reduction activities for energy distribution products (following Design for Assembly, Design for Manufacturing analysis, Should Cost analysis methodologies). Supporting a risk analysis for individual products or systems (following FMEA, Reliability Analysis methodologies) Facilitating workshops with international cross-functional teams. Preparing documentation and presenting analysis results to customers Nasze wymagania Bachelor's; Master degree or equivalent in Electronics or similar field You are highly skilled in and enjoy working with Design for Assembly / Manufacturing or Should cost analyses and the energy, automotive or similar market. You are passionate about creating cost effective product concepts and looking for potential design improvements. Your interest or experience in product Reliability or Risk assessment (Failure Mode and Effect analysis) will be additionally valued. Ability to demonstrate your 2-5 years of experience in product or part designing. Analytical but also out of box thinking is your nature. Your role will be to lead / take part in cost optimization analyses of newly designed products providing in the systematic way ideas and recommendations to product designer in order to minimize final product cost.
