The individual in this role will oversee the coordination and implementation of our Restaurant Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Key responsibilities encompass : orchestrating meetings, facilitating virtual consultations with clients, executing diligent follow-ups, and managing the backend of the Restaurant POS, along with its supplementary software platforms. Moreover, the position involves recommending additional products from our portfolio, tailored to augment the operational efficiency of our clientele. A profound understanding of the restaurant industry and its intricate operations is indispensable. The overarching objective of this role is to bolster the efficacy and prosperity of businesses, both preceding and after the deployment of the Restaurant POS system. This is a hybrid position that will include going to our office 2-3 times per week as directed by your manager.
