Job Title : Manager of ServiceNow Platform (Service Owner)

Location : Cracow, Poland

We're looking for a dynamic and self-driven ServiceNow Platform Owner to lead the evolution of our ServiceNow platform.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll own the strategy, governance, and performance of the ServiceNow environment. You'll lead a talented team and work cross-functionally to align platform capabilities with business goals, driving continuous improvement and innovation across IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration, development, and expansion of our ServiceNow platform
  • Build and manage a high-performing technical team (admins, architects, developers, analysts)
  • Define and execute the platform roadmap to support scalability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into effective platform solutions
  • Establish governance and best practices for ServiceNow usage across the enterprise
  • Oversee implementation and support of key modules : ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and others
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and compliance
  • Drive automation, optimization, and user-centric innovation

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level ServiceNow platforms
  • Deep expertise in ITSM and related modules
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in ServiceNow architecture, development, and integrations
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred; other certifications (ITIL, PMP) a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into platform solutions
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
