Join to apply for the ServiceNow Architect role at EPAM Systems

We are seeking a driven and innovative ServiceNow Architect to join our growing team and help design and build solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will play a key role in a variety of projects in ITSM, ITOM, HR and other business domains for customers worldwide. We are supporting Employment Contract or B2B, depending on your preferences.

Responsibilities

Analyze, estimate and design technical solutions based on ServiceNow platform
Serve as a technical subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team
Oversee the development process and make sure that requirements are implemented according to the client’s needs and best practices
Participate in requirements gathering sessions
Closely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team
Create and maintain design specifications and architectural diagrams
Design, develop and present proof of concepts
Participate in interviews and skill assessment sessions related to ServiceNow development

Requirements

Proficiency in multiple applications and modules of the ServiceNow platform

Expertise in developing complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform, integrating numerous third‑party systems

Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex technical information for a variety of audiences

Understanding of Agile methodologies

Solid grasp of ITIL frameworks

Background in leading and guiding a team of developers

Experience engaging directly with both technical and business stakeholders from the client side

English proficiency at B2+ level
