We are looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to join our banking client’s team and take ownership of maintaining, migrating, and evolving live production environments. This role focuses less on writing new code and more on ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical systems. You will be responsible for infrastructure configuration, client traffic management, and ensuring seamless updates in a high-availability environment.

responsibilities :

Manage, monitor, and maintain live production systems and infrastructure

Perform system migrations and infrastructure updates

Configure and optimize HA Proxy, Kong, and Apache for traffic routing and load balancing

Monitor performance and availability of services using industry-standard tools

Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and GitLab

Administer artifact repositories such as Sonatype Nexus or JFrog Artifactory

requirements-expected :

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an engineer with scripting skills in Python

Solid, hands-on experience with AWS with

Proficiency in infrastructure as code and CI / CD tools

Strong background in Linux system administration and networking

Practical knowledge of managing high-availability environments and service performance

Experience with HA Proxy, Kong, and similar proxy / load balancing tools

Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Open to hybrid work - 4 days per week in the office
