,[ Informing CRM Strategy :  Act as the key analytical owner for customer segments. You will conduct advanced, in-depth analysis of customer behavior, identifying and modeling key drivers for engagement, retention, churn, and LTV to influence the strategic direction of our CRM campaigns. , Analyzing Customer Journey & Lifecycle :  Conduct complex analysis of the entire customer lifecycle to identify key moments of friction and opportunity. You will provide data-driven recommendations to CRM Managers to help them optimize onboarding, retention, and pre-churn journeys. , Leading Experimentation & Analysis :  Partner with the CRM team to design, monitor, and analyze complex A / B and multivariate tests. You will own the analytical lifecycle from hypothesis validation and statistical design to post-test analysis, delivering clear insights on what drives user behavior. , Advanced Analytics & Reporting :  Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear insights. You'll conduct complex root-cause analyses on performance trends, presenting your findings and recommendations to both technical and senior-level stakeholders. , Project Leadership & Mentorship :  Lead complex analytical projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
