Job Description

As an Archiving Systems Engineer and a member of the Global Archiving Services Department at Bosch, you will be responsible for

Responsibilities

• Managing and administering various systems, including but not limited to MS Windows Servers, Oracle / SQL databases, OpenText products Content Server / Archiving Center
• Setting up new archiving systems and process
• Maintaining existing archiving systems, including patching and upgrade
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with existing archiving systems, serving as the final internal escalation point before involving external vendors (e.g., OpenText)
• Monitoring and reporting on infrastructure health
• Optimizing and automating routine processes and tasks
• Providing consultation to Bosch internal stakeholders, including colleagues from other IT departments and broader business units, on archiving services, processes, and scenarios
