Job descriptionSuccessful ground system deployment and operation : Assemble, configure, and install ground systems correctly and efficiently at customer sites, ensuring reliable processing of satellite data into images. Effective customer technical interaction : Clearly explain technical concepts and collaborate with customer technical staff, internal stakeholders, and partners to foster strong relationships and ensure smooth integration. Adherence to technical standards and qualifications : Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Dell VxRail, VMWare, Kubernetes, and hold relevant certifications. Adaptability and operational readiness : Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing timelines, participate in an on‑call rotation after onboarding, and travel to customer sites as needed. Continuous improvement : Drive the improvement of assembly, integration, and on‑site installation processes, identifying bottlenecks, proposing enhancements, and fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. Hands‑on experience with on‑premises hardware (servers, storage, switches, firewalls, cabling), VMWare virtualization, and Kubernetes. Expertise in networking troubleshooting and Linux system administration in production, with proficiency in logging and monitoring solutions. A mindset focused on "Infrastructure as Code" (or willingness to learn) and a strong emphasis on security. Experience with orchestration tools such as Hashicorp Terraform and storage arrays administration.
