Job descriptionConduct comprehensive requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to define and prioritize business needs. Develop clear and concise business, functional, and technical requirements documentation. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment across all project stakeholders. Analyze and model business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) Provide support and expertise during product implementation and post-launch phases. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN tools, or other business analysis software.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
