Senior Business Analyst (Change Delivery / AI Compliance) :

  • B2B contract : 6 months (with possibility of extension), full-time
  • Location : Fully remote (Poland based)
  • Start : Early November (must have)
  • Industry : Leading international bank (financial services sector)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a key change initiative focused on aligning AI-related policies and frameworks with EU regulatory requirements. This role sits within a global Change Delivery Centre of Excellence and will collaborate closely with stakeholders across European markets, particularly Germany.

You will play a pivotal role in translating regulatory obligations into actionable business and policy documentation — ensuring compliance readiness and guiding stakeholders through implementation.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst in large-scale change or regulatory projects.
  • Experience / education or strong understanding of legal and regulatory domains — ideally gained in compliance, policy, risk, or similar projects.
  • Strong experience in requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (policy-level writing).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills – capable of managing complex documentation sets.
  • Proficiency in Excel and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, ADO, MS Teams).
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, or compliance frameworks (EU AI Act understanding highly valued).
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

    • Nice to Have

  • Certifications : Agile BA Foundation, CBAP, PMI-ACP, or similar.
  • Knowledge of data governance, risk, or operational resilience frameworks.
  • Experience in financial services or technology-driven regulatory projects.
